Onvio tab

Use this tab to specify Onvio Documents as your integrated document management application and/or Onvio Client Center as your client portal application. You can select one or both of these applications while your firm continues using its current integrated desktop applications (such as FileCabinet CS) by creating a new office profile and selecting the desired Onvio applications for that office.
To access this tab, choose Setup, Office Configuration and select the Onvio tab.

Fields & buttons

Mark this checkbox to print the K1 package for a 1120, 1065, or 1041 return to Onvio Documents. Note that the recipient must be an UltraTax CS client.
Mark this checkbox to send each recipient's Schedule K-1 package to a separate folder in Onvio Documents. When you print a business return to Onvio Documents, the application will add a Preparer Documents folder under the business client's Tax Return folder and will store each recipient's K1 package as a separate document in that folder. If this checkbox is not marked, the K1 packages will remain part of the Tax Return document for the business client and will not be separated by recipient or printed to the Preparer Documents folder.
