Tickler tab
Use this tab to determine the status events of which you receive notification (via the Today's Ticklers tab on the Client Status dialog) and to configure other Tickler settings.
note
The settings on this dialog apply to all clients.
To open this tab, either choose Setup then User Preferences and select the Tickler tab or select the Reset Tickler Parameters button on the Utilities, Client Status, then Today's Ticklers tab.
Fields & buttons
Events requiring notification
Lists the status events that were defined using Setup, Office Configuration, then Status tab. Mark the boxes next to the events of which you want to be notified. If they meet the other criteria on this tab, UltraTax CS will notify you via the Utilities, Client Status, then Today's Ticklers tab of the marked event(s) on the days they are scheduled for completion.
Preparer/Reviewer/Staff
Select the desired preparer, reviewer, or staff member from the drop-down list. UltraTax CS will notify you of all scheduled status events that meet the criteria defined on this dialog for all clients assigned to the selected preparer, reviewer, or staff member.
Limit notification to events scheduled within the next N days
Specify a number of days (up to 99) in this field. UltraTax CS will notify you of all events that are scheduled for completion within the selected number of days and that meet the other criteria defined on this dialog.
Tickle me when I start UltraTax CS
Mark this checkbox if you want UltraTax CS to open the Client Status dialog when you start the application.
