Restore Previously Selected Profiles dialog

Use this dialog to view and restore previously completed searches, including the search criteria, additional focus items, print destination, print selection, and the clients that passed the search.
To open this dialog, select the arrow next to the Restore Last Selection button in the Print Selection and Client Search dialog.

Fields & buttons

This section lists the user ID of the person who performed each search, the date and time of each search, and the search selection. To sort the information by any of these details, select the appropriate heading. Select the search you want to restore and select the Restore button.
This section lists the search criteria for the highlighted search.
This section lists any additional focus items selected for the highlighted search.
This section lists what happened after the search was completed. It lists information such as if it was previewed, the name of the printer used to print the information, if it was sent to FileCabinet CS, and if it was sent to clients via email.
This section lists the names of letters or reports that were associated with the highlighted search.
This sections lists the following information about clients that passed the highlight search: the client ID, the name of the client, and which clients were sent an email message.
Select the search you want to restore and select this button. The information displayed in this dialog for the search you select will populate the Print Selection and Client Search dialog.
Select this button to close this dialog and return to the Print Selection and Client Search dialog.
