CS Connect ... Electronic Filing Recall tab

Use the Electronic Filing Recall tab in the CS Connect dialog to attempt to recall electronic files that were previously transmitted to us from UltraTax CS. If the recall is successful, you can correct the error or omission in the return, re-create the electronic file, and transmit the new electronic file.
Thomson Reuters cannot fulfill a recall request when the return has already been transmitted from Thomson Reuters to the electronic filing service center.
To open this tab, choose Utilities then CS Connect and select the Electronic Filing Recall tab.

Fields & buttons

This pane lists those clients whose electronic files were previously transmitted to us and are available for attempted recall. Highlight the clients whose electronic files you want to try to recall, then choose the Select button to move the highlighted clients to the Clients queued to recall pane on the right.
This pane lists those clients whose electronic files you have selected for attempted recall during the next Connect session. We will issue acknowledgements via CS Connect to inform you if the attempted recalls were successful.
Mark one or more of the entity type checkboxes to include the corresponding clients in the client list.
Example:
To include only 1040 clients in the list, clear all checkboxes except the
1040
checkbox.
Select this button to toggle between the most recent custom focus selection and the default selection.
Select a preparer, reviewer, or staff member from the drop-down list to limit the list to clients whose returns were assigned to a specific person.
Select a specific electronic file type from the drop-down list to limit the list of clients that display.
