Select Labels dialog

  • For government labels,
     use this dialog to select the federal, state, and local (city, county, and intangibles) taxing agencies for whom you want to print mailing labels. To open this dialog, choose Utilities, Mailing Labels, then Government.
  • For custom labels,
     use this dialog to select the custom labels that you want to print. Custom labels are any names and addresses defined by you. To open this dialog, choose Utilities, Mailing Labels, then Custom. (If you have not previously added any custom labels, UltraTax CS opens the Define Custom Labels dialog first.)
After you mark the appropriate checkboxes in the Select Labels dialog, select the Continue>> button.

Fields & buttons

Select the application for which you want to print government mailing labels.
The available labels are listed here. Mark and clear the appropriate checkboxes to indicate which labels you want to print, then select the Continue>> button.
Select this button to open the Define Custom Labels dialog in which you can enter the names and addresses for custom mailing labels, or edit or delete existing custom labels.
