Retrieve eSignatures again after an initial retrieval

After you've retrieved eSignature documents from CS Connect, you can download and print the eSigned documents locally or to FileCabinet CS or GoFileRoom by opening the client in UltraTax CS.
The following steps show you how to retrieve the eSignature documents if you cancel during saving to FileCabinet CS or GoFileRoom, or if you need to retrieve the eSignature documents or status again for any reason.
  1. In UltraTax CS, select
    Help
    , then
    Repair
    .
  2. Select the client with the eSignature documents that you want to retrieve again.
  3. Select
    Retrieve eSign Info
    .
Once downloaded, UltraTax CS opens a window that tells you where the files were saved and asks if you want to open the target folder.
