The Thomson Reuters Account uses your email address to sign in. If you can't sign in, reset your password.
When you set up two-factor authentication, you get a Recovery Code to store in case you lose or are separated from your phone. You can also use more than one method of verification.
If you have an existing company identity system you can link that account to your Thomson Reuters Account. Then you can sign in to Thomson Reuters products using your company credentials.
