Products menu and registration keys for Thomson Reuters Account
Using the Products menu
While all Thomson Reuters Account customers have access to the
Dashboard
, Personal Info
, and Security
areas, access to the Products
menu is currently designed to support a specific group of customers. Here’s how it works:- Legal customers: If you purchase products within Thomson Reuters's Legal segment, theProductsmenu will help you to manage and view your Legal products with ease.
- Other segments (Tax and Accounting, Audit, Corporates, Risk & Fraud, and News): Customers who have products solely in any non-Legal segment will not be able to manage any of their existing products from this newProductsmenu. This menu is currently limited to support for our Legal segment customers to ensure a focused and relevant experience.
Product registration keys
To access Thomson Reuters products like Westlaw, CLEAR, Firm Central, and more, you need a product Registration Key (reg key).
- What is a registration key?A registration key is a unique alphanumeric code that grants you access to specific Thomson Reuters products.
- Activation process:Once you've received your registration key via email, you can activate it by selecting theActivate Nowlink in the email or by adding the key to your Thomson Reuters Account manually.
- Unique to you:Your registration key is unique to your Thomson Reuters Account and can't be used for multiple profiles. Make sure you use it on the correct profile to access your products.
- Multiple registration keys:If you have multiple registration keys for a Thomson Reuters product, you can choose which key to use for a session. Different keys might provide access to different content or features, depending on your account permissions.
Other product management sites
For other product management experiences, you may need to use CS Web.
