Troubleshoot application not starting or starting window frozen

If the Starting... window with the green progress bar is stuck, try these steps:
  1. In your NetStaff CS portal (the same window with your application icons), select
    Applications
    .
  2. Select the
    Setup
    menu.
  3. Find the
    Use Alternate Port
    checkbox.
    • Mark the checkbox if it's cleared.
    • Clear the checkbox if it's marked.
  4. Try to launch the application again.
