As part of our efforts to improve the customer experience, we made a change to simplify the setup of Microsoft Outlook in the Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment. With this change, you no longer need to determine the proxy setup based on your email service provider. Instead, you can follow the documentation from your email service provider to configure your email account in Outlook.
