Outlook Exchange lost email settings

Microsoft Exchange on Virtual Office CS can sometimes lose its settings. The symptoms could present as missing your Exchange mailbox or possibly being prompted with an Outlook Setup Wizard when launching Microsoft Outlook.
Follow these steps to solve this issue:
  1. Open Virtual Office CS Outlook, then select
    Next
    to continue with the wizard.
  2. In the Account Configuration window, select
    Yes
    to configure Outlook to connect to the Microsoft Exchange server, then select
    Next
    .
  3. The
    Add New E-mail Account
    window will prefill your Virtual Office Exchange Information automatically. Select
    Next
    to proceed.
  4. The process will now try to reconnect Outlook to the Virtual Office Exchange server.
  5. Select
    Yes
    to accept the Security Alert.
  6. Review the configuration summary page, then select
    Finish
    to complete the setup.
