Recover deleted items from VO Exchange using Outlook 2021

Microsoft Exchange stores email messages, contacts, calendar items, and task that have been deleted from your mailbox, including those that were permanently deleted or deleted from the Deleted Items folder.
To recover deleted items:
  1. Select your
    Inbox
    .
  2. Select the
    Folder
    tab in the ribbon and select
    Recover Deleted Items
    .
  3. Microsoft Outlook opens a list of items that are available to restore.
  4. Select the item to recover, or select
    Select All
    .
  5. Select
    Recover Selected Items
    .
    The item is now restored into the folder from which it was deleted.
