Edit direct deposit information

If direct deposit has been enabled for your company, you can specify the bank account your pay will be deposited to in
My Time Entry
. You can choose to have your pay deposited into multiple accounts by specifying a dollar amount or a percentage to be deposited into each account.
If direct deposit hasn't been enabled for your company, you can't perform these steps.
Follow these steps to update a bank account.
  1. Select
    My Time Entry
    in the Payroll section of the navigation pane.
  2. In the Direct Deposit Information section, select
    Edit
    in the Action column for the bank account you need to update.
  3. Update the information for
    Bank Name - RTN
    ,
    Account Number
    ,
    Account Type
    ,
    Amount
    , and
    Percent
    .
  4. Select
    Update Bank
    to save the changes.
