He serves as a consultant to attorneys and corporations in matters involving complex financial and accounting issues and also has extensive experience working with and for federal and state government agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and various state agencies.
Eric has led a numerous matters involving the interpretation and application of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS). He frequently consults on matters involving the assessment of internal controls, government enforcement and financial reporting issues.
