Matthew Spencer is the Co-founder and CEO of Suited, a A.I. powered, assessment-driven recruiting network used by professional services firms to accurately, confidently, and equitably discover and place early career candidates from all backgrounds into competitive early-stage career opportunities.
Prior to founding Suited, he served as the Chief Human Capital Officer for Houlihan Lokey, overseeing the firm’s talent management strategies globally. This included recruiting, training, professional development, performance management, and people analytics among other areas. Prior to this role, he spent eight years as an investment banker at the firm. Matthew joined Houlihan as an Associate after getting his MBA and going through their campus recruiting process.
