Sue Lloyd is Vice-Chair of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), and she supports the Chair and focuses particularly on the ISSB’s work on technical standard-setting issues and developments.
Sue has served as a Member of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) since 2014 and Vice-Chair since 2016. She has also served as Chair of the International Financial Reporting Standards’ (IFRS) Interpretations Committee and on the technical staff of the IASB. Prior to that, she worked in investment banking in Asia-Pacific and European regions.
