Susan Raridon Lambreth
Consultant to the legal profession
Susan Raridon Lambreth has more than 25 years of experience as a consultant to the legal profession. Susan has helped many of the largest firms in the U.S. implement strong practice group management (including more than 40% of the AmLaw 200) and/or train their Practice Group Leaders. She also has trained more than 5,000 lawyers, who hold firm or practice management roles, how to lead and manage more effectively.
Susan also assists firms in implementing effective LPM initiatives and training (including planning successful roll-out of initiatives and helping achieve partner buy-in). She chairs the largest conference on LPM each year, Practising Law Institute’s “Project Management for Lawyers”. She co-created with Carla Landry the first legal project management certification program and launched the first online eLearning courses in legal project management.
Susan is author of three books on practice group management and three on legal project management.
Prior to founding LawVision Group, she was a partner with Hildebrandt International for almost 20 years and with Altman & Weil before that. She received her JD from University of Pennsylvania Law School and her M.B.A., from Villanova University.
