Sharing makes the pride go even further! Sharing empathy, allyship, and how we walk the talk is essential to create an inclusive environment where our LGBT+ colleagues and customers can feel safe to thrive as their authentic selves #WorkingAtTR.

For Pride this June, our Pride at Work Business Resource Group introduced the #CountMeIn social media campaign where our teammates have been sharing their support for our LGBT+ colleagues and customers.

Each week throughout the month has a new theme to #CountMeIn by sharing our pronouns, how we lead by example, how we demonstrate allyship, and how we’re celebrating and making our voice count for Pride.
