The Thomson Reuters Institute and the National Center for State Courts partnered together to create the AI Policy Consortium for Law and Courts. This effort is conducting an intensive examination of the opportunities and challenges raised by the use of AI and Generative AI solution in the legal context, and a detailed education on AI and Generative AI's potential effects on federal/state/international courts. This partnership brings together technologists, forward-leaning legal thinkers, and court leaders to discuss policy developments and responses that are crucial to the future of the justice ecosystem.
