Thomson Reuters Acquires Gestta

São Paulo, April 26th – Thomson Reuters announced today that it has acquired Gestta Technology Ltda. (“Gestta”), an accounting automation software, formerly part of the Redspark Group.

Founded in 2016, Gestta’s accounting software solution enables its customers to automate their workflows, people management, customer service, and secure document archiving, among other capabilities. Over 600,000 companies are registered in Gestta’s firm customers’ systems. Thomson Reuters and Gestta announced an integration of their solutions in January 2021, to maximize value generated for customers.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
