Determine your portal type

All customer accounts are being upgraded to the new Thomson Reuters account and we've prepared these guides depending on which portal you use.
DT Client Portal for clients
If your accountant created a portal for you to receive your personal tax, accounting, and payroll documents, follow the instructions to set up a client's Thomson Reuters Account.
DT Client Portal for staff
If you use a DT Client Portal staff account and any combination of the following applications, use the Thomson Reuters Account for multiple applications guide:
  • DT Client Portal (staff account)
  • DT FileCabinet
  • DT Practice
