Change your Thomson Reuters Account password

If you forget your password or need to change it, you can reset it on the sign-in screen for your application or at the Thomson Reuters Account sign in screen.
  1. Go to your application to sign-in or go to the Thomson Reuters Account sign-in screen, then enter your email address.
  2. Select
    Reset your password
    , then select
    Send link
    .
  3. Go to your email Inbox and find the
    Password reset request
    email.
    note
    If you don't receive the email, you may need to add access.info@thomsonreuters.com to your email contact list or allowed contacts list.
  4. Select the link to complete the password change.
  5. Enter your new password twice, then select
    Change password
    .
    Your new password needs to meet these requirements or you'll receive an error:
    • Minimum of 8 characters in length
    • Must contain three of the four following character types:
      • lower case (a-z)
      • upper case (A-Z)
      • numbers (0-9)
      • special characters (!@#$%^&*)
    • No easily guessed words or phrases
