Compromised Thomson Reuters Account email or password

If the combination of email address and password you use for your Thomson Reuters Account have been involved in a data breach from any website, program, or service online, you may receive a notification that your credentials should be updated.
We implemented this measure to help protect your account from anyone who may have knowledge of your compromised email and password.

How it works

If your credentials are involved in a data breach online,
  1. When you sign in using your Thomson Reuters Account with compromised credentials, you should receive an email recommending that you change your password.
  2. Change your password so someone can't misuse those compromised credentials to gain access to your account.
  3. If you don't change your password, you will continue to receive a notification email within an hour of each successful sign-in with those compromised credentials.
