Get a new two-factor authentication recovery code

When you set up two-factor authentication for the first time, you receive a Recovery Code to use in the case that you don't have access to your other methods of authentication.
If you use or misplace your recovery code, you can generate a new one for your account.

You can only generate a code while you have access to your account. If you can't get into your Thomson Reuters Account, please contact Support.
  1. Select
    Manage verification
    .
  2. In the Recovery code section, select
    Get new code
    .
  3. Save the recovery code where you can find it if you need it.
