Send a client's W-2s to Employee Self-Service

Follow these steps to send a client's W-2s to Employee Self-Service.
  1. Select
    Setup
    ,
    Clients
    , then the
    Payroll Taxes
    tab.
  2. Select the client record, then
    Edit
    .
  3. Go to the Federal W-2 section. Select
    Employee Self-Service
    in the Filing Method column for the Employee Copy line item, then
    Save
    .
  4. Select
    Actions
    , then
    Process Payroll Tax Forms
    .
  5. Use the filters to display Form W-2.
  6. Select
    Process Selected
    to send the W-2s to Employee Self-Service.
  7. If you need to print the W-2s on paper and also send them to Employee Self-Service, mark the
    Send to Employee Self Service
    checkbox in the Print Options window. This helps to avoid processing the W-2s multiple times.
