Troubleshoot ScanFlow Scanned Status Alert emails and Upload Documents service errors

Scenario

You may receive a Scanned Status Alert email from no-reply@thomsonreuters.com if a document scanned via ScanFlow hasn't been uploaded to GoFileRoom.
You may also see that documents scanned in via ScanFlow aren't uploaded if you check the document status in GoFileRoom shortly after scanning, and that emails sent to GoFileRoom using the Outlook Add-In are not uploaded.

Solutions

  1. Follow these steps on each workstation to check if the GoFileRoom Upload Documents Add-In is installed.
    1. Open Windows Control Panel.
    2. Select
      All Programs
      .
    3. Check if
      GoFileRoom Upload Documents Add-In
      is listed.
