The default
Organizer
questionnaire helps you get important client information that could impact their tax return. This might include changes like getting married or having a baby. You might consider tailoring the questionnaire to ask specific questions suited to certain types of clients.
Follow these steps to change the default Client
Organizer
questionnaire.
  1. Select
    Setup
    , then
    1040 Individual
    .
  2. Select the
    Organizer
    tab.
  3. Select
    Questionnaire
    in the
    Documents
    section.
  4. Select
    Organizer Questionnaire
    , then
    Open
    .
  5. Edit the questionnaire.
  6. Select
    Document
    , then
    Save
    to save your changes.
  7. Select
    Document
    , then
    Exit
    .
