Change the Organizer Engagement letter

There is a default engagement letter that you can print with the Organizers. It's separate from the Engagement letter that prints with the return, so if you made changes to that one, you may want to consider editing the Organizer Engagement letter.

While you have the ability to create custom letters and documents, there isn't a way to replace your custom Engagement letters with the default. If you want to make any changes, you'll need to edit the default version.
  1. Go to
    Setup
    and select the entity you want to edit the letter for.
  2. Go to the
    Organizer
    tab.
  3. Select
    Letters & Emails
    in the Documents section.
  4. Select the engagement letter, then
    Open
    .
  5. Edit the letter.
  6. Select
    Document
    , then
    Save
    to save your changes.
  7. Select
    Document
    , then
    Exit
    .
