Set up global print options

By default, print options for returns, reports, input screens, and client documents are set globally so that the same options apply to all users. To verify that the print options are set for global use, follow these steps.
  1. Select
    Setup
    , then
    Security
    , and enter the master password if prompted.
  2. In the
    Security Configuration
    window, select the
    Use print options from Office Configuration
    checkbox. Select this checkbox to set print options at the firm level rather than at the user level.
  3. Select
    OK
    .
