Set up user-defined print options

By default, print options for returns, reports, input screens, and client documents are set globally so that the same options apply for all users.
To set your configuration for user-defined (not global) print options, follow the following procedure.
  1. Select
    Setup
    , then
    Security
    .
  2. Enter the master password and select
    Continue
    .
  3. Clear the
    Use print options from Office Configuration
    checkbox in the list.
  4. Select
    OK
    .
  5. Each user needs to set the print options under
    Setup
    , then
    User Preferences
    on the
    Print Options
    tab.
