Change a NetStaff CS user’s access to Document Presentation files

Do the following to give a NetStaff CS user access to Document Presentation files or to remove a user's access to Document Presentation files.
  1. In the
    Admin
    tab of the navigation pane, select
    Users
    in the NetStaff section.
  2. In the Users list, go to
    Find
    and enter any part of the user's name or sign-in information then select the user's name.
    • You can delete the entry from
      Find
      to view the full list of users.
  3. In the Permissions section, select
    Enable
    for Document Presentation.
  4. The remaining steps vary depending on what you want to do.
    • Give the user access to Document Presentation files in all drawers.
      1. Select
        All Drawers
        then select
        Enter
        .
    • Change the user's access to Document Presentation drawers.
      1. In the Access Permissions section, choose
        Selected
        .
      2. Mark the checkboxes for the drawers that contain Document Presentation files that the user needs to access or clear the checkboxes for drawers that contain files that the user no longer needs to access.
      3. Select
        Enter
        .
